Why I became a driving instructor
I've been passionate about driving since I first got behind the wheel. But what really drew me to teaching was seeing how much a good instructor can change someone's experience — turning anxiety into confidence, and confusion into clarity.
After years of driving professionally, I qualified as a DVSA approved instructor and set up JP School of Motoring right here in Maidenhead. Since then, I've helped learners of all ages — from nervous 17-year-olds to adults returning to the road after years away.
My approach is simple: I listen, I adapt, and I never rush. Every learner is different, and every lesson is built around you.
